Job Descriptions:

• Supporting the whole cycle of the recruitment process,
• Supporting the preparation job posts, screening and contacting applicants, conducting interviews,
• Supporting new graduate and internship projects planned at certain periods throughout the year,
• Updating our candidate databases,
• Supporting to create candidate pools,
• Following the trends and insights to implement a comprehensive talent mapping starategy,
• Following recruitment data in line with the weekly/monthly HC planning

Qulifications:

• 3rd or 4th class undergraduate student in Business Administration, Psychology or related field,
• Eligible to work minimum 3 days in a week,
• Willing to pursue a career in Human Resources,
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills,
• Strong organizational skills, ability to handle complex and multiple tasks,
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
• High learning agility,
• Having experience in Human Resources is a plus.
