QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Yapi Kredi Yatirim Corporate Finance team focuses on debt and equity capital market solutions for its corporate clients in both international and Turkey local markets.  The team provides a combination of advisory and structuring solutions along with a strong international and domestic distribution platform and research capabilities.

The Corporate Finance team is now looking to hire an Intern based in Istanbul.The intern is expected to work minimum 3 days per week (regular working hours).

Job Description:

• Analyze and present business and financial profiles of corporates
• Assist in building financial models/valuation analyses and pitching material for marketing and execution purposes
• Conduct industry research to identify potential targets
• Maintain internal databases of on-going transactions, deals in the market, and other relevant data
• Support transaction execution across all products

General Qualifications:

• Undergraduate students currently in their 4th year (engineering, science, finance, economics, management or similar degrees)
• Good academic standing
• Classes taken in Corporate Finance, Valuation, Accounting, Banking and related subjects are plus
• Strong analytical thinking, and excellent problem solving skills
• High energy and curiosity
• Highly competent in MS Excel and Powerpoint
• Ability to communicate and present results in a clear and concise manner
• Basic knowledge of Investment Banking Industry and interest in financial markets
• Team player
• Excellent command of English
