Knowledge of healing therapies, spa treatments, beauty products, wellness traditions and fitness.
Able to perform comprehensive massage, using professional draping techniques.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Provide prompt, courteous and accurate service to guests at all times.
Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the Spa and own treatment rooms.
Establish good guest relations and rapport with all spa hosts and guests at all times.
Be polite and professional in any situation where the image or reputation of the hotel is represented.
Ensure all equipment is well maintained and in safe condition.

To maintain a professional and high quality level of service at all times whilst assisting the guest at every stage of their SPA experience. To epitomize the essence of SPA with a friendly, courteous manner and helpful attitude, extending beyond the guest’s expectations
