Saran Holding Staj Başvurusu – Legal Intern

Job Description: Saran Group is looking for a legal intern to support its in-house legal team providing legal advice and consultancy for all operations and business of the group in their vast variety of business fields ranging from trade of intellectual property rights of audio-visual content such as sports  events or movies and series, as well as production, digital transmission, radio broadcasting, advertising, online legal betting, defence, IT and etc. Successful candidate will assist the legal department and will have the following responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the legal team in various legal matters related to Saran Group’s diverse business areas.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant topics including intellectual property law, commercial law, obligations law, radio and television law (RTÜK), personal data protection law (KVKK), labour law and other areas of operation.
• Review and draft contracts, agreements, and legal documents in both Turkish and English.
• Participate in meetings and legal discussions.
• Collaborate with team members to address legal challenges and mitigate risks effectively.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a reputable law faculty. A language education in an English-speaking country (USA, England, Australia) is an asset.
• Excellent command of Turkish and English both in writing and speaking. Understanding/ability to write and speak in both languages. Candidates will be asked to complete a brief legal language quiz.
• Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with the legal team.
• Ability to assess risks and respond to challenging situations in a timely manner with a result-oriented approach.
• Ability to equilibrate priorities and organize work effectively to meet deadlines.
• No restriction for travelling.
• Flexible hours.
