Areas of Responsibility:

Supporting digitalization projects by recording employee data into our systems.

Updating and regularly checking data.

Conducting analysis and reporting work for HR analytics.

Preparing and updating employee files.

Providing support for recruitment activities, organizing interviews, and posting job announcements.

Assisting in internal communication processes for the People and Culture team.

Creating content for “life” pages on the company’s social media platforms and collaborating with the MarCom team.

Qualifications We Are Looking For:

A 3rd or 4th-year undergraduate student or a master’s student in relevant fields.

Good level of English proficiency.

Strong communication skills.

Intermediate proficiency in programs such as Microsoft Office and Canva.

Strong analytical skills.

Preferably, previous internships in recruitment, document management, resume screening, or human resources.
