• Participation in creation of a new Manufacturing System
• Deployment of the Manufacturing System in the plant
• Standardization of performance reporting
• Cost deployment analysis
• Deployment of lean manufacturing tools, for problem solving, work place organization, maintenance etc.
• Initiation and optimization workshops
• Promotion of Kaizen and employee suggestion system
• Consolidation of reports and follow up of improvement plans
• Deployment of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement culture
• All other task required by the management

Qualifications

• Graduated from engineering departments of universities
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Manufacturing systems knowledge
• At least 3 years of experience in automotive industry
• Fluent English language
