WHAT YOU WILL LEARN?

You will collaborate with your tutors in: 

• Preparing orientation materials to ensure new hires are equipped with essential information about our company culture, policies, and procedures.
• Assisting with the day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
• Coordinating HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc) and take minutes.
• Updating internal databases and keeping HR data current.
• Assisting with other administrative tasks as assigned by people team members to support the smooth functioning of people operations.
• Supporting the payroll process.
• Ensuring the control, classification and digitalization of personnel file documents.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 3rd or 4th year undergraduate student in Business Administration, Economics or related discipline.
• Able to work min. 3 days a week in school period.
• Fluency in English.
• Good command of MS Office programs.
• Proactivity, Curiosity, and the Desire to Make a Difference.
• Passion for the Automotive World (a plus!).
