As Procurement Trainee, you will be responsible for developing, planning, conducting, coordinating and implementing procurement processes and initiatives with due recognition of the Novo Nordisk vision, values and policies and in accordance with Novo Nordisk SEEMEA Region’s strategies and business objectives. You will be working as a supporter to require guidance from manager/senior colleagues when operating in complex environments and fully supporting simplifying & standardizing the way we work using digitalization. 
Your responsibilities will also include:
• Executing data cleansing in current contracts and supplier database with a guided process flow 
• Harmonizing procurement guidelines and being proactive about recommending the necessary updates to his/her manager 
• Supporting procurement communications (such as preparing announcements and updating the SharePoint page)
• Following-up regular reports with Copenhagen and /or Bangalore colleagues.
• Seeking ways to support improvements on digitalization area in procurement

Profile

You are fresh graduate from bachelor’s degree from e.g. Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Law, Supply Chain Management or similar. You have an internship experience preferably in procurement function in a leading global/local pharma, FMCG, similar companies. You should have excellent command over both written and spoken English. Further sought-after skills are:

• You have positive communication skills 
• You can keep calm and be motivated during uncertainty  
• You have critical thinking and problem-solving skills 
• You are able to value temporary operational burden while implementing guided changes
• You have solid presentation skills and knowledge of MS Office (Excel)
