Mata Automotive Staj Başvurusu – Quality Assurance Engineer

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer (System Engineer) for the Mata Automotive Turkey production facility;  Mata globally pprovides services in the form of partnerships by providing personalized interior and exterior trim products and result-oriented solutions to luxury segment OEMs in the automotive industry.

CORE SKILLS

• Graduated from engineering departments of universities,
• At least 2 years of experience in quality systems in production, preferably in the automotive sector,
• Good command of MS Office programmes, preferably with a good command of English (Speaking, Reading, Writing),
• Experienced in IATF 16949, ISO 27001, ISO 26000, ISO 26000, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards and actively involved in integrated management systems,
• Responsible, committed to teamwork,
• Advanced representation and persuasion skills,
• Analytical thinker,
• We are looking for a development and improvement orientated “Quality System Engineer”.

JOB DESCRIPTON

• To carry out, update and supervise the processes related to quality systems,
• To plan, implement, report and monitor the improvements of internal audit activities within the scope of quality systems,
• To work on the adoption of the quality policy by all personnel and to ensure that the requirements of this policy are complied with,
• To take an active role in the improvement and development of the quality management system,
• To follow up and supervise corrective and preventive actions,
• To plan the necessary training activities for the adoption of quality awareness by employees,
• To manage the preparation process for certification audits,
• Will be responsible for following current practices in quality management systems.
