Marm Assistance is seeking Operations Team Trainees;
 

• 2nd, 3rd grade student or fresh graduate of reputable universities of related fields
• Interested in assistance sector,
• Have advanced level of English/ German or both,
• Teamworker, be able to work on shift based hours
• Residing on the Anatolian side of Istanbul,
• Result-oriented
• Problem-solver
• Have customer-oriented approach
• Able to join training sessions at the weekends during April and May,
• If found successful, able to work during summer seazon (Starting from June ending in September

İŞ TANIMI

The person will be responsible for:
 

• Taking calls and making necessary organizations and dial ups,
• Coordinating customer relations with the assistance / insurance company abroad and service provider in Turkey,
• Continuously sustaining flow of information to the assistance / insurance company of the client.
• Calculating guarantee of payments granted reciprocally.
