Responsibilities:

The person will be responsible for: 

Taking calls, making necessary organizations and dial ups,

Coordinating customer relations with the assistance / insurance companies abroad and service providers in Turkey,

Sustaining continuous flow of information to the assistance / insurance companies of clients.
