 Technical and Behavioral Competencies

• Graduated from engineering and/or IT related departments of universities
• Having a career goal in the field of Human Resources
• Can communicate in advanced written and spoken English
• Preferably speaks French and/or German as a second foreign language
• Open to develop and learn 
• Can use Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel
• Advanced Analytical skills and solution oriented
• Communication and human relations are strong
• Disciplined and confidential
• Successful in stress management
• Careful about the details and successful in tracking business

Job Description

• Searching for candidates every day for recruiting
• Conducting telephone interviews with candidates
• To work by aiming to place the best candidate in the desired position as soon as possible
• Conducting the interview organizations of candidates
• Converting the candidates’ CVs to the desired format
• To prepare reports on candidates
• Keeping the internal candidate database complete and up-to-date in recruitment processes
• Performing reference checks of candidates
• To prepare reports on recruitment by keeping digital records of the works (including call records) they carry out
• This positon will be located in both Sarıyer and Başakşehir offices
