Field Service Engineer 

Your responsibilities:

• Initial commissioning, repair and maintenance for installed robots and robotic systems
• Provide technical support for customer
• Hotline and on-call service
• Installation of robot software and programs
• Able to work independently and also as a team
• To be proactive to support customers needs
• Ensuring professional communication with customers
• Able to work within deadlines and under pressure
