One of the European leaders in Enterprise Risk Management and Wealth & Asset Management solutions, Prometeia is looking for a Junior Consultant for its Istanbul office. The selected candidate will support project managers and join teams specialized in risk management, operating on consulting projects for the main banking and financial intermediaries groups.
MAIN TASKS:
The successful candidate will join a specialized team based in İstanbul, operating within credit risk modelling and advisory projects for financial intermediaries. The junior consultant shall support the project managers in the management of the activities relating to the following areas:
- Development and implementation of risk parameter estimation (PD, LGD, EAD), satellite and ECL (IFRS 9) models;
- Development and implementation of portfolio models (Credit VaR) and stress testing;
- Model validation:
- Credit risk advisory.
- AI credit risk applications
REQUIREMENTS:
The ideal candidate is a senior student who has:
- Excellent GPA in economic/financial, statistical or engineering subjects
- Basic experience in the use of mathematical/statistical computing software or other data mining skills
- Excellent command of English
SOFT SKILLS:
- Excellent communication and relational skills
- Strong analytical skills with acute attention to detail
- Time management skills
- Availability for at least 3 days/week
