Sales and Business Development Manager Job Description
- To find your own customers, by doing market analysis to identify prospects, contacting them through cold calling, organizing meetings to identify consulting projects
- To establish, maintain and develop client relationship in various sectors (eg: banking, fintech, e-commerce, telecom, automotive or defence)
- To recruit your own team, then be there to help them evolve and develop their skills. You’ll oversee the follow-up of the projects and of the satisfaction of your consultants
- To be responsible of the well-being of your business unit, your objective is to handle this responsibly and pilot the activity safely. You will analyse your Profit & Loss to build an necessary action plan and optimize the Revenue & the Gross Margin
Sales and Business Development Manager Qualifications
- Graduation ideally from a Business or Engineering schools
- Interested in working in a demanding sectors in IT/IS or Engineering fields
- Experienced at least one year of the following areas: business development, sales and/or recruitment
- Structured and well organized, but also with a “competitive and entrepreneurial” character
- Having professional level of English language
- Excellent written and oral presentation skills
