4th year or master students preferably from Business Administration or Engineering departments,
Able to work 4/5 days for min 1 year,
Good command of written and spoken English,
Good level of MS Office Applications,
Strong analytical thinking ability,
Being a good team player.

Job Description

Procurement market research and detection of trends,
Supplier assessment, selection and development,
Evaluation of RFQs and quotations within the scope of the internal awarding conferences,
Negotiation of costs and terms using all available purchase leverages,
Support of new launches and in case of critical situations due to missing parts,
Supplier relationship management incl. top management meetings and risk management,
Initiating and accompanying initial audits,
Organisation of quality workshops for supplier qualification,
Supporting the part approval process,
Material/Service/Investment pricing and tracking,
Creation of delivery schedules,
Ensuring the availability of current supplier documents (e.g. RoHS, REACH, audit certificates, supplier posters, agreement annexes, SDDs, contractual agreements).
