Role Purpose

Supporting HR Reward&Analytics team to deliver talent, technology and transformation to our Vodafone partners, while our people are our top priority. 

Your Place in the team

• Supporting the Business Partners Team’s work to deliver monthly & quarterly executive reports and dashboards for the senior leadership team’s decision-making process.
• Participating in Transformation projects to migrate excel based reports to HR DataMart.

Supporting your team in ad-hoc reporting and analytics activities, issue resolutions.

We are looking for you if you have

• Are self-confident and can communicate easily in English
• Work without any difficulties in MS Office especially in Excel (functions, formulas and pivot)
• Are dynamic person with analytical thinking, interested in problem solving
• Have great attention to details and proactive attitude towards work
• Have SQL, Python and Tableau knowledge considered as advantage 
• Fixed Term 6 months.
