QUALIFICATIONS

Diploma or degree in business management or tourism related field would be an asset,

Excellent command of written and spoken English is required,

Excellent command of MS Office applications,

3 years’ experience in the direction and management of employees and the overall knowledge of front office and hotel operation,

JOB DESCRIPTION

To ensure the smooth and efficient running of the hotel at night while delivering excellent guest service. To ensure the end of day procedures are completed to fulfil all statistical reports required for the hotel. To guide actively and direct the whole team to ensure consistency of hotel standards and a high level of performance and service delivery.
