Job Descriription

Leading engineering projects in such a way that engineering products are delivered on time and of good quality. Takes care of the engineering package together with his/her team of Damen colleagues and third parties.

Qualifications

• Knowledge at the level of Bachelor degree (or higher) in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering.

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.

• Knowledge of yacht building, risk management, project management, execution details of yachts and engineering process.

• Extensive knowledge of relevant regulations.

• Has the necessary management skills (planning and control).

• Verbal and written skills in English.

• Willing to work in a dynamic environment.

• Result – oriented and strong monitoring and reporting skills.

• Living in or prepared to move to Antalya area.

• Ready to have business trips abroad.

• No military obligation for male candidates
