Vivatinell is British manufacturing company that produces health care products, functional foods and beverages, food supplements and cosmetics with formulations that are all based on the scientific evidences and safe ingredients. Qualifications

  • Graduated from the bachelor or master degree from related departments of Universities
  • Excellent spoken and written Communication skills in English is must
  • Speaking fluently any other language is a good asset
  • 2-3 years of experience in export operations and sales preferably in FMCG or cosmetics industries
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Action oriented, pro-active, self-motivated, result-driven sales person
  • No restrictions for domestic or international travel 
  • Have experience in searching and finding new customers


Job Description 

  • Conducting a comprehensive search to identify potential distributorship partners for the purpose of representing Vivatinell in aimed markets and overseeing all requisite communication and carrying out necessary correspondence
  • Follow-up the offers given, analyze and report the results
  • Attend customer meetings as required, including customer site visits
  • Collecting information from the market concerning trends, competitors and market needs
  • Help distributors to build effective business plan
  • Prepare on time commercial offers based on customer inquiries and ensure that the quote will meet the customers’ application and operational needs
  • Once any customer assigned maintain ensure that all inquiries are properly worked, evaluated and offer has been submitted to customer within requested deadline
  • Track the orders from the beginning until successfully delivered to customer by providing regular updates to the customer and develop relationship with current customers
