/Supporting the Learning&Development team
/Taking active part in learning and development activities
/Following up with the HR Business Partner and the Business Units on training needs
/Responsible for end to end training organization ( training design, organization, evaluation of trainings and keeping records)
/Becoming a part of HR Team you will have a chance to learn about HR processes & especially Learning& Development cycle within the organization
Your Profile
/Enrolling in a master program on going studentship is a must
/Ability to work at least 4 days in a week
/Good verbal and written English communication skills
/Aim to have a career in HR Department speacially on the Academy side
/High communication and presentation skills and flexible minded, creative and good team player
