Students enrolled in University Engineering and Economic Management Science departments can work minimum three days per week in our Istanbul Headquarters.
We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us in starting something remarkable as a After Sales Operations & Waranty Processes Smart Start

Your contribution to something big:

• Assisting the Mobilty Aftermarket warranty operations team on daily tasks
• Daily support and tracking of customer warranty claims on warranty portals and various systems
• Operational support of all warranty realed topics (customer invoices, order management, claim management)
• Supporting warranty operations team to follow up the KPIs by updating monthly warranty report via PowerBI
• Supporting warranty operations team on process digitalization projects

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

• 3rd or 4th grade student
• Very good communication skills
• Advanced level of English
• Ability to solve problems
• Eagerness to learn
• Willingness to accept responsibility
• Good at time management
• Familiar with dashboard and KPI follow up by using PowerBI and other various tools
