We are looking for a “Legal Intern” for Borusan EnBW Energy.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3th or 4th year student in Law Faculties,
• Flexible schedule to work minimum of 2-3 full days a week,
• Excellent command of English in both speaking and writing,
• Ambition and desire to progress, develop, and to take responsibility,
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint,
• Strong communication and analytical thinking skills,

JOB DESCRIPTION

Support and assist the Legal & Compliance Manager;

•       In daily operations of legal and compliance department,
•       Monitoring relevant regulation updates and preparing progress reports in English and Turkish,
•       Monitoring and following up on the digitalization process of the department,
•       Conducting research on the relevant legal and compliance topics and preparing legal opinions in English and Turkish,
•       Following up on outsourced litigation files and related activities.
