Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields, (Business Administration, Economy, Engineering),
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in Compensation and Benefits,
• Excellent command of English,
• Prefably experience in SAP,
• Strong technology skills and MS Excel expertise are required,
• Highly numerate, excellent attention to detail and strong data analysis skills,
• Highly effective organization, planning, and time management skills.

Job Description

• Taking an active role and responsibility in legal processes regarding compensation and benefits in the field of Human Resources,
• Preparing the data for the salary research and analyzing and interpreting the results of the research and offer suggestions,
• Preparing HR department budget,
• Developing HR practices and implementing sector-specific business practices,
• Reporting and tracking HR analytics and taking developmental actions regarding this.
