Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields, (Business Administration, Economy, Engineering),
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in Compensation and Benefits,
- Excellent command of English,
- Prefably experience in SAP,
- Strong technology skills and MS Excel expertise are required,
- Highly numerate, excellent attention to detail and strong data analysis skills,
- Highly effective organization, planning, and time management skills.
Job Description
- Taking an active role and responsibility in legal processes regarding compensation and benefits in the field of Human Resources,
- Preparing the data for the salary research and analyzing and interpreting the results of the research and offer suggestions,
- Preparing HR department budget,
- Developing HR practices and implementing sector-specific business practices,
- Reporting and tracking HR analytics and taking developmental actions regarding this.
