AK GIDA SANAYİ VE TİC.A.Ş Staj Başvurusu – Legal Intern

JOB DESCRIPTION

Founded in 1996, Ak Gıda having 6 plants and over 2500 employees offers its consumers healthy and tasty milk and dairy products.

In 2015, Groupe Lactalis, the leader of the global dairy market, incorporated Ak Gıda into its organization which has the brands President, Galbani and Parmalat. The brand İçim is the 3rd biggest brand of Groupe Lactalis in Europe. 

We are currently looking for a Legal Intern (İstanbul/Maltepe)  reporting to Legal Manager  join our rapidly-expanding Turkish enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Conducting legal research in various topics
• Following up deadlines
• Monitoring and reporting legislative and doctrinal developments on daily basis
• Reviewing and organizing any kind of legal documents
• Communicating with internal business teams and external counsels in daily routine
• Assisting bussiness teams during internal compliance projects of the company
• Helping to prepare internal legal policies and procedures

Qualification

• Fluency in English in speaking& writing
• Experiences of a few summer internship in law firms
• Being ready to commence mandatory legal internship as of September 2023
• Eagerness to work in a corporate environment
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent follow up and organizational skills
• Ability to work with deadline and manage time effectively
