QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for our corparate customer, operates in the field of Logistics “Accounting and Finance Speacialist”

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Report directly to Head of Finance/Accounting Department,
• Carrying out periodic reconciliations with customers and vendors,
• AP/AR invoices filing,
• Collection of payments has high priority,
• Overdue & Payment follow up,
• Support department head in month end closing activities,
• Bookkeeping,
• Perform the weekly customer refunds.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree from reputable university with major in Accounting and Finance,
• 2-5 years relevant work experience,
• Experience of using SAP is more preferable,
• Fluent in English both written and spoken,
• Good MS Office skills (High proficiency in Excel),
• Good communication skills and teamwork spirit,
• Open-minded, self-learner and flexible for change,
• Ability to work in multinational environment,
• Experience in Logistics is a plus.
