Job Description

Students enrolled in University Engineering and Economic Management Science departments can work minimum three days per week in our Istanbul Headquarters or Bursa & Manisa Plants.
We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us in starting something remarkable as a Smart Start Human Resources.

Your contribution to something big:

• Providing assistance to HR department in day to day operations
• Assist the HR Department in various tasks including support to communication center and communication with associates,internal reporting and daily tasks
• Supporting recruitment, training and orientation process

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

• Working knowledge of  MS Office tools
• Good planning and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, problem-solving
• Strong work ethics
• Ability to work independently
• Studying in the 3rd or 4th grade of universities or master degree students
• Work proactively with other team members
• Very good command in spoken and written English
