We are seeking a Legal Intern who has the will and ambition to work in Legal department of Saint-Gobain Turkey office located in Maltepe, Istanbul.

Requirements

• Graduated from a reputable law school,
• Proficiency in written and spoken English,
• Able to use MS Office programs actively
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong teamwork skills
• Capable of following up the business processes in the legal department,
• Capable of doing extensive research, subject-specific Supreme Court decisions and legislation scans for the solution of legal problems
• High learning agility to adapt in short term
• Being energetic, highly-motivated and result-oriented

Responsibilities

• Keep up with new law, amendments, and any legal news
• Researching applicable laws and legal precedents in order to provide legal support to legal manager
• Help draft and edit the contract templates and other legal documents
• Supporting Legal Department in daily operations
• Preparing reports and conducting legal search
• Preparing agreement templates and amendments
• Working with legal counsels, lawyers and all third-party companies that are related with legal matters
