Your Job Description:

• Identify, research, and resolve technical problems
• General troubleshooting skills surrounding IT hardware/software
• Provide general help desk support
• Deploy equipment to new users
• Systems management and optimization
• Installation, maintenance, and support of the IT hardware and software used in the facility

Your Job Profile:

• Undergraduate in Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Statistics, and other related departments
• Able to work minimum of three days a week
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• SQL is a plus
• Advanced English level
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Able to work in Ankara
