Execution Manager Gizli Firma İstanbul(Asya)(Kadıköy)

We are looking for Execution Manager for Agriculture & Food Division of an Inspection company;

• Ensure services related with activity that she/he responsible in accordance with the global standards,
• Contact with client related with pursuing of services in the frame of contract,
• Follows performances of operational coordinators and inspectors,
• Lead all the operation of the coordinators, 
• Assign coordinators according to incoming work orders,
• Ensure compliance considering the relevant human resources topics, procedures and guidelines,,
• Check the reports/certificates and confirms them,
• Determine operation equipment-device requirements for purchasing,
• Make and implement annual monitoring measurement plan of inspector and coordinator together with quality unit,
• Manage portfolio relations of client (receiving special requests of clients, interrogates customer complaints etc.)

Qualifications

University graduation degree, preferably an engineering depatment, 

Advanced level of English, both speaking and writing,

5 years of experience in inspection involving several categories of departments at global level,

Having minimum information training about QMS.
