What can I achieve and what will I be responsible for whilst completing a placement at Pfizer?

You will be assigned one or more supply chain process flows or projects (in the areas of logistics and supply planning mainly) based on needs at the time of joining our fast-moving department and will develop both strong team working and domain-specific skills. It is expected that you will provide creative input and direction into your work and present your progress and achievements to different stakeholders throughout your placement. While you will have a supervisor to support you with your questions all the way through the placement, you are expected to progressively gain independence in your daily activities/initiatives.

Qualifications

·        2nd/3rd year university students from Engineering or other Social Science departments.

·        Able to work minimum 2.5 days/week for minimum 2 semester

·        Proficiency in MS Office applications,

·        Fluency in English

·        Result oriented, open minded and eager to learn

Job description:

·        Scheduling packaging activities in close coordination with demand management, quality and logistics teams.

·        Managing stock levels of sellable finished goods as well as packaging materials 

·        Assist department in process flow development

·        Data extraction from ERP system and reporting of departments KPIs.
