QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Danone Waters is looking for a talented colleague for the ”Long Term Human Resources Intern” position. Take this opportunity to GROW together!  

·         3rd or 4th year undergraduate or master students in relevant disciplines

·         Able to work 2-3 days a week

·         Previous HR internship experience is a plus

·         Excellent command of English in both writing and speaking

·         Proficiency in MS Office applications

·         Strong communication skills

·         Willing to work in a dynamic environment with high result-orientation

JOB DESCRIPTION

· Support end-to-end recruitment process including updating job descriptions, posting job announcements, pre-selection of internal and external applications

· Organize phone and face-to-face interviews and provide feedbacks to the candidates

· Responsible from the onboarding process of newcomers

· Contribute to projects in organizational learning, talent management and recruitment for all our business units.

· Support HR Team on development and improvement processes for related HR projects

· Support and guide employees about HR practices, processes and systems

· Prepare presentations for relevant issues

· Following up Purchase Orders (PO) of  HR Department 

· Follow up daily HR activities
