We are looking for a Training Intern to be assigned at our headquarters in Maslak, Istanbul.

Qualifications:

• 4th year student or graduate from the departments of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Labor Economics and Industrial Relations, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Sociology, Industrial Engineering, etc.
• Able to work 5 full days a week

• Good command of English

• Working knowledge of MS Office programs

• Have a career goal in Human Resources and eager to develop in this field

• Aptitude for teamwork, strong communication skills

• Open to learn

• Advanced planning competence, ability to report

Key Responsibilities:

• Support training and development processes as needed
• Assist in the preparation of training and development content, surveys, announcements, etc.

• Follow up on planned training, and support the implementation of operational processes
