General Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from engineering (industrial engineering is preferred)
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Analytical thinking , strong planning  and organizational skills , team player and attention to detail are required
• Well written and spoken English language

Job Description:

• Creating a purchase order related to raw material / packaging materials and sharing with relevant suppliers.
• Agreeing with suppliers to delivery time and quantity
• Daily raw material stock control 
• Weekly packaging material stock control
• Weekly gourmet finish product stock control
• Monthly gourmet finish product coverage file checking ( two times)
• Weekly raw material and packaging invoice control and confirmation process.
• Updating the monthly raw material coverage file with the beginning of stock amount.
• Controlling all open purchase orders and providing goods receipt at the right time with the right amount. ( raw- packaging material and finish product )
