GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI
We are looking for a “Country Manager (Turkey)” for our multinational client, which is well-known in industrial automation sector, with the following requirements:
Requirements:
– University degree in engineering or business administration
– Minimum of 15 years of experience in Business to Business(B2B) sales function
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial automation / intralogistics sector
– Track record of successfully led projects in Sales
– International exposure in matrix organizations
– Fluent in Turkish and English (both verbal and written)
– Located in the Anatolian side of Istanbul
Role Purpose:
The mission of the Country Manager role is to shape, with a strong customer orientation, the future of the assigned Country and lead the relevant organization, being responsible for overall processes and financial performance, with full P&L responsibility, and a focus on profitable growth and long-term sustainability.
Responsibilities:
– Ensure the coordination of the Country Units in coordination with Regional and Global Functions and within the applicable guidelines
– Achieve the sales and operating profit targets discussed and agreed at regional/divisional level
– Being a champion for the company’s core values and acting in line with corporate policies
– Elaborate commercial strategies in accordance with the long-term vision of the relevant division functions and regional management for both domestic and export markets
– Ensure the best optimization of the local organization, both in terms of structure and processes, with particular emphasis on sales force development
– Ensure smooth operations in line with international best practices in terms of QHSE and sustainability standards
– Preside over the management and development of the human resources and ensure the correct application of people policies defined at group and regional level
– Continue to develop a strong, culturally aligned leadership team acting as a role model and capable to take responsibility and drive the business in a sustainable way
– Ensure coordination of staff functions in line with the policies defined at group and regional level
