Job Description

Supporting all purchasing activities such as supplier management, contract process, uploading of supplier contracts in global purchasing systems ensuring data quality in IT-Systems, development of purchasing tools (NEMO, Triple T, CSR, PILUM), – Maintenance / update of vendor master data in SAP

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

• 3rd year or master student from related fields ( Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Metallurgical and Materials Engineering etc)
• Academic projects or work experience 
• Significant project and/or internship experience demonstrating individual and team work abilities 
• Excellent command of written and spoken English 
• Result orientation with problem solving and analytical approach 
• High level of attention to detail 
• Strong coordination and communication skills 
• Strong analytical, technical skills 
• Active user of Microsoft Office Programs, specially Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
• Proactive approach and willingness to learn in an international environment 
• High level of ownership, willingness for making an impact for the business units 
• Self-motivated and able to handle various tasks at a time under tight deadlines
